Requester

• Is the requester a verified wizard and still holding FRWC holder?
• Do we know who this person is? Are they active? When did they buy a wizard (not to discriminate against new community members, but if they bought a wizard an hour before requesting, that may be suspicious)
• Have we funded them before, and if so, did they complete the project [on time]?
• [If a process-oriented proposal] Have they clearly explained the project and outlined how they will execute (determining their target audience, how they’ll reach them, if applicable how they will measure success)

Artist

• Does the artist have any published works? (e.g. on Twitter, Foundation, etc)

Art

• Does the theme of art harm the Forgotten Runes brand? (e.g. illegal, ethically bad)
• Is the theme of art safe for work?
• Would the topic, theme, or subject potentially make audience members uncomfortable? Is it in good taste and inline with the cult’s values?

Cost

• Is the requested cost below the Ministry’s limit?
• Does the payment need to be paid up front? (this should be avoided in general)
• [For more process-oriented proposals] Do we think that the proposer has requested enough funds to complete the project? Do we think they’ve requested more than the project needs?

Ownership

• Who will be the owner of the art? (DAO, requester or someone else)

In the event that the proposals exceed the Ministry’s budget and requests need to be prioritized:
